Prime Performance Solutions are an aware and professional group of trainers who are passionate and dedicated. They have delivered a complex and diverse package of training for HCC, covering most aspects of ASC in a very learnable way, with a useful toolkit to use when back on the 'shop floor'. The trainers come from a variety of backgrounds and include a trainer with 'Asperger Syndrome', who gives the unique perspective of growing up in our society.
We have been working with PPS for over 4 years now and have trained well over 400 staff from Primary Health Care, Community Mental Health, Social Care, the Private and Voluntary Sector, parents and carers. The success continues. The feedback has been consistent over the years from good to excellent; hence we have continued to invest in both the training and the company despite drastic cut backs.
